An increase in effectiveness of the process of introducing new products to the market is the main functionality of the application. The application makes cross- sectional information concerning these products available, which results in more effective coordination of work. At the same time it ensures control of the process of implementation and realization of a new offer. It archives documents and enables management of knowledge concerning introduction of new products.
System of Management of an Offer of a Firm has a module structure. An access to individual parts depends on entitlements of a user. The main modules are:
- Repository, which supports the realization of the Process of Implementation of New Products. It enables defining and supervision of a new offer. Data concerning products introduced in Repository are archived, which enables a subsequent analysis of data.
- Reports, which enable a prompt analysis of an implemented offer. The module also enables an export of data and analysis by other tools.
- Catalogue of an Offer contains information concerning current market offer.
- Roadmap is a module enabling a graphic representation of a status of an implemented offer. Thanks to the Roadmap watching of progress implementation will be possible.
- Archive, the aim of which is archiving of data of Repository of the System. It will contain information concerning removed as well as implemented products.
