The data introduced by the Internet users are sent directly to the application base. The module to manage applications enables among other things:

• browsing and printing of documents
• filing of applications depending on qualifications possessed by the Internet users
• transferring of candidates’ applications to other advertisements bases (if an application is to be taken into consideration in the process of recruitment on another post than the one on which it was previously sent)
• adding comments and information concerning a meeting planned by administrators of the system
• searching of candidates according to established parameters
• export of data to the from of Excel sheet
