First of all our System of Settling Costs of Projects is established for firms and offices, wishing to gain cross-sectional information concerning projects and tasks realized by their employees. The application enables quick review of the history of a project, information on its course and time (cost) of activities carried out with the aim of completing it. Employees, managers of projects and personnell management are recipients of the application. Each of these functions possesses a role and an entitlement in the system, which enable access to suitable modules and information sources.

The System of Settling Costs of Projects consists of configurational modules serving direct work, supervision and control. Modules in the system are visible through the menu, to which access is dependent on the rights assigned to a given user.

Functionalities:

Basic functions of the system include:

• Registering of the working time of an employee, description of work carried out when designating it to one of the tasks assigned to him/her. Whereas, individual tasks are assigned to a project, in which a given person participates. Sick leaves and illnesses are noted down separately.
• Settling of a project- a manager of a project, having insight into works registered by an employee, may settle costs resulting from working time. He/she either accepts or rejects work and selected tasks are given to be settled. There are also external costs not connected to working time in the settling of a project, which a manager also accepts and adds them to the cost.
• Developing reports – thanks to determining of the working time and dividing them into tasks and projects, it is possible to generate reports with greater flexibility. They present those tasks carried out both by an employee and as well as overall task coverage( for a given project or task).
