We began our trade in 1998 as an interactive agency acting under the name of Magellan Net. In 2000 the Board of the firm made a strategic decision to become a part of Capital Group Telekomunikacja Polska, which increased the financial potential of the firm and guaranteed the stability of its operations. As a result of such activities TP the Internet (corporation dependent on Telekomunikacja Polska ) became the owner of the majority interest of the shares within our corporation (77%).

During the second quarter of 2003 we took over from TP Internet the division connected to the implementation of the Internet solutions and we changed the scope of our activity from an interactive agency to I.T. corporation. The crowing of these activities was the change of the name of the corporation from Magellan Net to Becomo, which officially took place on the 16th of May 2003.

The year 2004, was a year of intensive development of the firm in its direction to the diversification of processes with a range of designing, implementation and administration of I.T. systems completed, among other things, with the successful implementation of successive versions of System of Management of an Offer of Capital Group for Telekomunikacja Polska.

In December, 2004 in connection with the changes of organizational structure in Capital Group TP S.A., the shares owned by TP Internet were purchased by private investors. As a result, the firm left TP S.A. group, becoming an independent economic entity, which is stably developing successively by increasing its resources and potential.
